摘要： 以社会正义的取向为基点，对社会正义与档案职业伦理的关系进行探讨。维护正义只是档案在社会矛盾爆发时应急功能的体现，从档案工作、档案人员、档案本身三个维度进行考察，维护正义只是档案职业伦理的补充。维护正义是档案的一种积极价值追求，程序正义与档案内容真实是维护正义的两道防线。

Abstract: Based on the orientation of social justice, the relationship between social justice and archive professional ethics is discussed. Maintaining justice is only the embodiment of the emergency function of archives in the outbreak of social contradictions. From the three dimensions of archives work, archives personnel and archives itself, maintaining justice is only a supplement to archive professional ethics. Maintaining justice is a positive value pursuit of archives. Procedural justice and archive content are the two lines of defense for safeguarding justice.
