摘要： 近年来，“数字档案”一词频繁出现于档案学术著作中，数字档案与电子文件、电子档案有什么联系和区别？本文对这三个概念进行了辨析，依次分析了电子文件、电子档案和数字档案的内涵和外延，并就三个概念的内涵、外延和研究内容进行了对比，指出这三个概念在形成主体、存在形式、存储载体和依赖环境上是一致的，但在内涵、外延和研究内容上不尽相同。

Abstract: In recent years, the term "Digital Archives" frequently appears in archival academic works. What are the connections and differences among the electronic records, archival electronic records and digital archives? In this paper, the three concepts are discriminated. The author analyses the connotation, extension and research content of the three concepts , and compares them,and points out that the three concepts are the same in the formers,existing form,storage carrier and relying environment , but are different in connotation, extension and research content.
